Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USA & Canada: 7 - 15 business days.
  • Other Countries: 10 - 17 business days.
Total delivery time includes manufacturing process & shipping time. Made manufacturing process takes usually 5 - 10 days, depending on your selected custom options. You will receive a second confirmation mail when your order is manufactured / packed for shipping. The second confirmation mail also includes the tracking number.

On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your product, of which we will notify you via email.

Note:

Shipping times will be delayed for the Chinese New Year holiday in February every year, as most manufacturers shut down for 2-3 weeks.
